I couldn’t have achieved my dream of becoming a first-time homebuyer without Casey. Moving to Washington, DC, was a huge step for me, but Casey made the entire process seamless. From the moment we connected, she was incredibly responsive and guided me through the complexities of buying a home. Being new to the area, she took the time to show me all the options within my budget and helped me explore every possible avenue.

Casey, to whom I was referred by a friend, immediately returned my initial call and was on the job without interruption through closing, She quickly and deftly developed a thorough understanding of my requirements and followed with a continuum of listings making a few refinements along the way. The underlying Compass platform made it extremely easy to share feedback on properties and advance the process. She worked her schedule around mine despite our different time zones and didn’t hesitate to make herself available the day I flew to DC.
She was committed throughout the process. Casey arranged, was present for and video’d the inspection in my absence. The sellers (who incidentally live in Europe) accepted my offer late on a Friday afternoon and the next day Casey was at the house for the inspection. She and her team efficiently gathered all documents for my review—as early in the process as possible.

Casey and her team are superb. From the beginning, she was attentive to our desires and understood how those desires evolved the more that we looked at homes of different types and in different neighborhoods until we finally had everything narrowed down. She was always upbeat and friendly and willing to go the extra distance, for example by doing video walkthroughs of many homes for us because we live in NY and could not go see homes mid-week. We ended up with a dream house and a winning bid against multiple offers thanks to her knowledge of the market and her guidance. We couldn't be happier. Thanks, Casey!

Casey and her team did an excellent job with the sale of our home!
